Lemon Balm Refresher isn’t something you would think we would talk about on this blog, but following the theme of our last blog post on outdoor kitchens, we thought it might be fun to list a refreshing summer drink that is good for you too! Everyone is trying to be more health conscious with what they put in their bodies. The Lemon Balm Refresher may simply look like water, but there are other things that make it special and healthy to drink on those hot summer days. One of Mark M. Holeman, Inc’s. own employees makes this drink regularly for her and her family. Angie says, “It is so much healthier for me and my family. I care what they eat, drink, and where their food comes from.”

Angie grows lemon balm in her own garden amongst her plentiful vegetable garden. She also grows spearmint, cilantro, and chives. She experiments with different flavors of water and the lemon balm is her favorite. Angie has done a lot of research about lemons and lemon herb plants. “Whenever I would get stressed, I would tend to get an upset stomach. I thought to myself, there has got to be something natural, rather than man-made, that could help settle my stomach.” She had heard about some of the medicinal properties of lemons and lemon herbs, but not until she started extensively researching, did she find out that this is exactly what she needed to be growing in her garden.
Lemon Balm, also known as Bee Balm, can relieve tension, calm the nervous system, and help the digestive system. She also found that it is perfect for people with anxiety because it will help lower blood pressure. Angie says, “I’ve also tried ice cold water with lemon balm, mint and cranberry juice. It was a cool treat for a warm summer day. For cooler winter days, I’ve also made tea with lemon balm leaves. I simply brew the tea with the lemon balm leaves, strain it after approximately five minutes and drink it warm.”

We thought that it would be a nice change of pace to see what people think about these types of blog posts, so give us your comments and perhaps in the future we will add more.

This page feels super easy to read without trying too hard. The text is broken up in a way that makes it simple to skim, and I didn’t get that “wall of words” vibe. I ended up clicking into Drift Boss halfway through, and it loads fast and gets you playing right away with that one-button drifting setup. It’s kind of nice that the site doesn’t drown you in explanations—just enough info to get what the game is and how it works. Everything stays clean on mobile too, and I didn’t have to pinch-zoom or hunt around for the important bits. The headings are obvious, and the “How to Play” section is tucked into a neat little block that stands…
